Setup Session Scheduling Email to Student

Following is a template for an email you can send to the student when you have verified the student has all the gear they need to participate in JamKazam sessions. This email is used to kick off a back-and-forth email exchange to settle on a date and time for the big online session in which you will help the student set up their gear, verify that everything is working properly, and show the student around some key features of the application. Please make sure to replace the fields highlighted in yellow before sending.

Hello StudentName - 

We've confirmed now that you have all the gear you need for your first lesson. Our next step is to schedule a session in which I can help you get everything set up and test that it's working properly, and then show you around a few key features of the application you'll use most often.
 
  • Can you please suggest a couple of days/times over the next few days that would be convenient for you for this session? I'd suggest that you set aside up to an hour for this.
  • Can you please provide me with a good phone number to reach you on? We'll start on a phone call, and then we'll transition into an online JamKazam session once we have your gear set up and working properly with the app.
